Beauty. Awareness. Growth.
One ripple at a time.
Your story. One manageable next step.
Change starts before the action.
Your story matters. Sustainable change begins with noticing what’s happening now, understanding what needs attention, and choosing changes that fit your life.

The Ripple Method
How We Work Together
Throughout your six sessions, we revisit these six moves as you share your story, explore what needs attention, and try changes that fit your life. Several moves may happen within one conversation.
Before each session, a short reflection helps you share what life looks like right now. When we meet, we begin with your story—your everyday experiences, what feels challenging, and what matters to you. Together, we explore what needs attention and choose one manageable step to practice between visits. Your worksheets and journal help you carry that reflection into everyday life.
One intentional step can change what happens next.
-
Awareness
See it clearly.
You notice that your energy drops hard every afternoon.
-
Resistance
Name the friction.
You notice that taking a lunch break feels difficult when work piles up. Stepping away can feel like falling behind.
-
Curiosity
Ask the question.
You ask what is happening before the crash: sleep, lunch, movement, hydration, workload, or stress?
-
Reframe
Shift the perspective.
You begin to see a lunch break as part of supporting yourself through the workday. What would a manageable break look like for you?
-
Micro-Choice
Pick the step.
Try one realistic change, such as a short walk, a more intentional lunch, or a brief reset away from the desk.
-
Ownership
Make it yours.
Notice what changed, keep what helped, adjust what did not, and make the next choice from there.
This example demonstrates a reflection process—not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical advice.
The 4% Better philosophy
What if better didn’t have to mean perfect?
You don’t have to change everything at once. ‘4% Better’ is a reminder to choose one small, realistic step that fits your life. It’s an invitation to practice, learn, and keep going, rather than a percentage you need to track.
Where the method can begin

What makes it different
Understand your story. Choose your next step.
Your life. Your needs. Your pace.
Real transformation does not have to come from control. It can grow from curiosity, compassion, awareness, and consistent small choices.
