Beauty. Awareness. Growth.
One ripple at a time.
Hi, I’m Chantelle.
Founder of One Ripple Wellness
I created this for those of us still becoming, growing, and finding our way forward.
I’m a licensed aesthetician, wellness educator, former physical education and adapted PE teacher, business owner, and single mom of twins. I bring more than 21 years of experience in wellness—and a life that continues to teach me.
My work brings together an understanding of the body, a love of teaching, and respect for the person sitting in front of me.
The honest version
This did not begin with everything figured out.

My story includes loss, difficult relationships, rebuilding, perfectionism, and learning how to care for myself while raising two children. I know what it feels like to carry responsibilities while quietly wondering how you’re going to manage your own needs.
My personal wellness journey has included losing 125 pounds. Behind that number were decisions, setbacks, support, and the ongoing work of understanding my relationship with food and myself.
There was a point when concerning health news and not having health insurance made caring for myself feel urgent. I needed to believe I could make a change—and then learn how to follow through in everyday life.
That experience still shapes how I work. Knowing what might help and finding a way to do it are two different challenges. Our schedules, resources, relationships, emotions, and surroundings all have a place in that conversation.
I’m still learning, too. “Woman in progress” belongs beside my professional titles because it’s true.
Teaching has always been part of my work.
The knowledge behind the care
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Adapted Physical Education. As a physical education and adapted PE teacher and coach in Phoenix, I learned to look closely at how people move, how they learn, and what helps them participate.
My experience also includes supporting mobility and rehabilitation with children and adults. That work strengthened my appreciation for everyday movement and the importance of adapting an approach to the individual.
At Froedtert, I worked in corporate wellness as a health and wellness educator and later in a lead role. My work included biometric screenings, goal setting, and smoking cessation education. I helped people connect health information with choices they could make in their own lives.
Across those settings, I kept returning to the same questions: What is happening? What matters to this person? How can I explain it in a way that makes sense—and help them use that understanding?
Building a place where those pieces connect.
Beauty & Wellness Center and One Ripple Wellness
I founded Beauty & Wellness Center in 2018. As a licensed aesthetician, I combine professional skincare with attention to the person receiving it.
The treatment room offers space to slow down, ask questions, and talk. Skin concerns often open a wider conversation about daily routines, stress, recovery, and self-care. Beauty Therapy grew within that work, bringing together aesthetic care and supportive conversation.
One Ripple Wellness brings my education, professional experience, and personal lessons into practical wellness education for individuals and groups.
Through nutrition, movement, and skincare, we explore how self-care can fit into the life you actually have. Sometimes that means noticing how you move during your workday. Sometimes it means looking at how meals fit into your schedule or making room for recovery.
There is room for questions, laughter, and changing your mind as you learn.
Your story gives us a place to begin.
How I work
I want to understand what a day looks like for you: when you wake up, what fills your time, how you care for others, and where your own needs fit.
From there, we connect the dots. I bring education, questions, and practical tools. You bring your experience, priorities, and knowledge of your own life. Together, we explore what needs attention and choose something realistic to try.
Then we revisit it. What helped? What got in the way? What needs adjusting?
That is the spirit of my 4% Better philosophy: giving a small, meaningful improvement the chance to become part of your life.
My mission
Make self-care understandable, personal, and possible.
Care can include hot towels, belly laughs, honest conversation, learning, movement, and rest.
My goal is for you to leave with a better understanding of yourself and something useful to carry into your day. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and increasingly confident making choices that fit your needs.
One ripple today beats waiting for a wave tomorrow.
